Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Before becoming an agent, I worked with State Farm in claims, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding policies, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer care. I attended a local university and later went on to Touro Law School, bringing a detail-oriented and thoughtful approach to how we serve our customers and support our team.Our office is located in a charming, walkable village area, and the environment is pleasant, personal, and highly relationship-driven. We value face-to-face interactions and have a tenured team that truly enjoys working together and being part of the community we serve.For our team, we offer PTO, a Simple IRA, health benefits, and licensing reimbursement. We’re looking for someone who is bubbly, outgoing, honest, detail-oriented, and dependable—someone who enjoys working with people, shows up ready to contribute, and thrives in a collaborative, welcoming team environment.
Compensation $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
